A new indemnification system

The indemnification of the insured, clients of insolvent insurance companies will be entrusted to a new regulatory entity called “ Fonds de Garantie des Assurés (FGAS)” Insured's guarantee fund.”
Victims will be indemnified within a six-month period.
The indemnification levels set by a specialized commission will be specified by way of decree from the ministry of finance. The management of FGAS is entrusted to the “ Motor guarantee fund” (FGA).
