A new service of connected driving

Assurances Maghrebia has launched the first service of connected driving in Tunisia. Named "Sayartech", the process consists in installing a box, in the vehicle of the insured, that records certain driving parameters (speed, braking ...) .The device connected to a smartphone, will assign a grade to the driver. In the event of good behavior, the insured person will benefit from discounts on his insurance policy with Maghrebia.

This offer resulted from a partnership between the mobile phone operator Ooredoo and Telematic, a Tunisian start-up specializing in the intelligent management of motor fleets. Sold at 249 TND (103 USD), the box, available in all Ooredoo stores, also favors the geolocation of vehicles.
