A strict highway code

In response to the abrupt rise in car loss ratio, the authorities are preparing for the adoption of a more stringent highway code.

The new regulatory provision provides for the setting up of radars, the increase of breathalyser, the institution of technical controls as well as the penalty-point-system driving license.
