AIG is suing its former President

The world's leading insurer is suing its former President Hank Greenberg as well as six other executives for having illicitly got hold of some shares. The case pertains to the financial company Starr International Co (SICO), a subsidiary of AIG which would be in control of the said shares, initially designed to cover the group against the risk of a hostile takeover bid.
