Allianz launches a mobile app to reward good drivers

Allianz has launched an application for smartphones to analyze driving behavior (speed, braking, turns, frequency of vehicle use). This new tool is a continuation of the "Allianz conduite connectée" program launched in 2015.

This new program allows, after a few kilometers traveled, to produce an estimate of the tariff reduction that could benefit any driver who will underwrite the "Allianz Conduite connectée" offer. Premium savings could be up to 30%.

However, the German insurer states that this device is not intended to produce price increases for bad drivers. The offer is available for an additional 1EUR (1.06 USD ) per month on all standard Allianz motor insurance policies.
