Axa is going digital

The insurer Axa has recently strengthened its partnership with Facebook by signing a global agreement. This move allows the French group to expand its presence on the social network, with a special emphasis on mobile phones and tablets. Social networks are now perceived as new delivery vectors. In the United States, some of the insurers’ agents develop 60% of their business this way, with young population being the main targets. Though the amount of the agreement has not been disclosed, Axa announced that investments with Facebook are doubling every year.
