Cash is establishing a life insurance company

The Cash, a subsidiary of the oil giant Sonatrach has finalised the creation of a new life insurance company out of whose capital it detains 42.5%. The remaining capital will be divided between the Banque Nationale d’Algérie, BNA (15%) and a Kuwaiti partner (42.5%). The name of this eighth life company has not yet been disclosed. The marketing policies will, for sure, be carried out through Cash and BNA distribution networks.
