CIC Insurance group reduces its stake to 60% in CIC Uganda

CIC Insurance group is intent on decreasing its stake in the Uganda subsidiary CIC Uganda from 90% to 60%. The Kenyan insurer justifies this decision by the negative results achieved by the subsidiary.

CIC Insurance Group operates primarily in Kenya, Uganda, Southern Sudan and Malawi.
