Climate change in China

The report on the impact of climate change, elaborated by Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research (GB) for the World Wide Life Fund (Germany) and the Allianz, group shows that the sums exposed to climate change amount to: 9 billion USD in China, 7 billion USD in USA, 3 billion USD in India and in Japan, 1 billion USD in the Netherlands. This survey conducted by actuaries has simulated natural catastrophes in several areas of the world to study their impact in each country. In general, the report cautions against the rise of the sea level by 50 cm, which will affect millions of people and cause up to 138 billion USD of damages in 136 port cities throughout the world.
