Coface posts excellent performances in 2017

Coface recorded, at the end of 2017, a net profit of 83.2 million EUR (99.68 million USD), up by 100.5% compared to the 41.5 million EUR (43.7 million USD) of 2016.

The turnover of the French credit insurer amounted to 1.35 billion EUR (1.62 billion USD), showing a slight increase of 0.3% at constant exchange rate.

The combined ratio improved by 14 points from 100.6% in 2016 to 86.6% twelve months later. The dividend paid to shareholders is set at 0.34 EUR (0.4 USD) per share for the current year.
