Engineering claims have risen tenfold in the course of the late five years, reaching levels unrivalled by other branches in the Emirates. The number of disputes have skyrocketed as far as the building sector is concerned, which is witnessing an exceptional boom with investments estimated at 30 billion USD in the last five years.
