Denis Kessler, reappointed for a fourth term ?

The Board of Directors of Scor will propose at the General Assembly of 27 April 2017, the reappointment of Denis Kessler for a four-year term.

At the head of the French reinsurer since 4 November 2002, D. Kessler has already been reappointed on May 8, 2007 and May 4, 2011. He has successfully implemented five successive strategic plans which allowed the group to climb to global reinsurers' fifth place. Under his leadership, the rating granted to SCOR by Standard & Poor's was upgraded from BBB- in 2003 to AA- in 2016.

Finally, during the same period of his term, the group turnover has more than tripled: 14.6 billion USD in 2015 against 4.6 billion in 2003.
