Finance law 2018: mutual insurers are no longer exempt from corporate tax

According to Article 28 of the Finance Law 2018, mutual insurance companies are no longer exempt from corporate tax (IS). They are now subject to an IS rate of 35%.

The new provisions will be applied to profits achieved starting from 1st January 2018.
