Holmarcom rises to 70% in the capital of Atlanta

CDG Capital Bourse sold 30% of its stakes in Moroccan insurer Atlanta to the multi-business group Holmarcom. Holmarcom rises at the end of this transaction of 1.2 billion MAD (145.9 million USD), to 70% in the capital of Atlanta that it already had control.

By this operation, Holmarcom means "strengthen its market share in the insurance sector in Morocco, while opening up new development opportunities abroad."

As a reminder, Atlanta has achieved a turnover up by 8% to 1.4 billion MAD (173.9 million USD) in 2013, with a net profit of 55.7 million MAD (6.7 million USD) on the same period.
