National insurance companies now required to get listed on the stock market

The regulatory authority (CMA) has reminded national insurance companies under the Omani law that they must imperatively introduce on the stock exchange a minimum of 40% of their capital. This transaction must take place before August 31, 2017.

Currently, only four insurers out of eleven are already listed on the stock exchange.
