New deadlines for the remittance of insurance intermediaries' premiums

A new regulation on the deadline for the remittance of the premiums' remittance collected by intermediaries has been enacted. The bill stipulates that the premiums collected in the first half of the month (from first to fifteenth) shall be remitted to insurance companies before the first of the next month.
The premiums collected in the second half of the month (from 16 to 30) shall be remitted to the companies before the sixteenth of the next month. It is worth nothing that the new deadlines will be in force during two years: from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2011.
