PartnerRe: New management team

Following the takeover of Partner Re by the Italian holding company Exor, a new management team is set up.

Current chairman and CEO of Exor S.p.A. Italy, John Elkann, has become the new chairman of the Bermudian reinsurer PartnerRe while Emmanuel Clarke has been appointed CEO of the company he joined in 1997.

It is worth reminding that in July 2015, Exor finalized the acquisition of PartnerRe for an amount of 6.9 billion USD.
