NSIA: introduction of two digital solutions
NSIA Assurance Vie is adopting two new digital solutions. The first, NSIA vie net, is an electronic platform enabling policyholders to manage their contracts online.
The second, named “NSIA chap chap”, meaning “hurry” in Ivorian dialect, consists in an interactive terminal installed in the company’s agencies. This device is designed to enable customers who go to insurers ‘offices to carry out their operations quickly without having to wait for agents to be available.
