Obligation to publish financial statements for foreign companies

Emirati authorities now require that foreign insurance companies publish detailed accounts of their results in at least two local widely-distributed newspapers. The accounts published must include the company's financial position, financial statement and audit report. A copy of the notice to figure must be submitted to the authorities 15 days before the date of publication.
