In an effort to duly conduct these projects, Richard Lowé, the Group’s chief executive officer, would soon finalize partnership agreements with major financial structures, namely the Société Financière Internationale (SFI) and PROPARCO (Promotion et Participation pour la Coopération Economique), a subsidiary of Agence Française de Développement.
The Cameroonian shareholders having decided to maintain on a permanent basis a majority stake of their group’s capital, the two new partners would only be entitled to hold a minority share.
