Strategic partnerships for Saham Finances

The Moroccan holding, owner of the insurance group Colina and CNIA SAADA, has just opened its capital to two investors: the International Financial Corporation, a subsidiary of the World Bank based in Washington and Abraaj Capital, an Emirati investment fund. Each investor provides 125 million USD and gets a share of 18.75% in Saham finances’ capital. The remaining 62.5% are still under the control of the Moroccan group. This move, which confirms the trust that foreign investors have in Saham, is poised to provide the group with the resources needed to secure its expansion projects in Africa.
