The CNIA-Essaada merger has become effective since june 23

The CNIA-Essaada entity becomes the country’s fourth insurer as it targets a turnover of 3 billion MAD (380 million USD) by 2010 versus 2.7 billion MAD (339 million USD) in consolidated premiums in 2008 (81% non-life and 19% for life).
The merger enables the new entity to be in the pole position of the motor insurance and third in the health class of business. The entity has 620 employees and a network of 281agents, that is, the kingdom’s most dense network.
