A 12% growth of the Algerian insurance market

According to Amara Latrous , president of the Union des Assurances et Réassurances (UAR), the Algerian market in 2013 recorded a turnover of around 112 billion DZD ( 1.4 billion USD), up to 12% compared to 2012.
General agents, numbering 975, stand alone with 25% of this amount, that is 28 billion DZD (356 million USD)
