3A has changed its name to become SONAM Assurances

The Alliance Africaine d'Assurances SA, Côte d'Ivoire (3A-IARD) has changed its name to become SONAM Assurances.

The SONAM Assurances group, the majority shareholder (51%) of 3A-IARD, has thus concretized its intention to gather all its subsidiaries under the same label.

In May 2015, the Société Nationale d'Assurances Mutuelles (SONAM) of Senegal took a 51% stake in the Ivorian non life insurer 3A-IARD for an amount of 1.05 billion FCFA (1.78 million USD).
