Actares against Swiss Re's remuneration policy

The shareholder advisory association Actares has called on Swiss Re to reconsider its remuneration policy.

The highest salary within the group is around 1 million on average, while only 34% of the financial targets have been met.

Actares considers that Swiss Re is well beyond the acceptable limits and should revert to its previous reasonable remuneration.
