AfBD responds to ZEP-RE's call

The African Bank of Development (BAD) has answered positively to ZEP-RE's request, to acquire a stake of 4 million USD of the reinsurer's capital.

The strategic scheme of ZEP-RE forsees, as a reminder, an increase of its capital, from 79 million USD on December,31 2012 to 143 million USD by the end of this year.
