Africa Insurance: profits up by 14%

Africa Insurance posted 30.7 million ETB (1.6 million USD) in pre-tax profits for the year 2012/2013, up by 14% over one year, a figure below the targets set by the company.

Turnover amounted to 310.2 million ETB (16 million USD) as regards non-life insurance, a figure not only below the previous one but also 16% below the target of 367.5 million ETB (19 million USD), as set by the company.

Investment income totaled 29.2 million ETB (1.5 million USD).
