Allianz: 2024 results

Allianz closed the 2024 financial year with a turnover of 179.8 billion EUR (187.3 billion USD), up by 11.2% over one year.

Net profit rose by 10.1% to 10.017 billion EUR (10.4 billion USD). The operating result increased by 8.7% in comparison with the same period in 2023, to 16.023 billion EUR (16.7 billion USD).

Shareholders' equity climbed by 3.5% to 60.3 billion EUR (62.8 billion USD) at end-December 2024.

Allianz's Board of Directors will propose a dividend of 15.4 EUR (16.04 USD) per share for the previous year.

The German group has launched a new share buyback program worth 2 billion EUR (2.1 billion USD).

The program is scheduled to start in March 2025 and to be completed by 31 December 2025 at the latest.
