Allied Cooperative Insurance to reduce its share capital

The Saudi regulator (CMA) approved Allied Cooperative Insurance's proposal to decrease its share capital.

The latter will be reduced from 200 million SAR (53.135 million USD) to 141 million SAR (37.460 million USD), thus reducing the number of shares from 20 million to 14.1 million.
