Appointment within Radiant

Anastase Mbabajende has joined the new Rwandan insurance company Radiant, recently established by Marc Rugénéra who was his former general manager within SORAS. Vincent Uzarama, former executive in charge of audit at SORAS, has also joined Radiant.
