AXA sells its Greek activities to Generali

AXA is finalizing the sale of its life, savings and property & casualty activities in Greece to the Italian group Generali.

The transaction, initiated in December 2020, is being carried out for an amount of 167 million EUR (204 million USD).

The sale of AXA Greece is part of the French group's simplification strategy.
