CIMA regional seminar on taxation of technical reserves

In order to harmonize the fiscal legislations of the 15 member states of the Conférence Interafricaine des Marchés d'Assurances (CIMA), a regional seminar on a taxation scheme for the technical provisions of insurance companies was held in the month of March, 2005 in Yaoundé. Its recommendations were presented before the Ministerial Board of CIMA's member States, gathered in Cotonou (Benin) on April 6, 2005.
