Made up of 12 insurance companies and 3 companies from various sectors, it will bring together:

- Misr Life Insurance Company
- Suez Canal Insurance
- Suez Canal Life Insurance
- Wethaq Takaful Insurance
- Egyptian Saudi Insurance House
- Iskan Insurance Company
- Royal Insurance Company
- Mohandes Insurance
- Arope Insurance
- Arope Life Insurance
- Misr Real Estate Assets
- Arab Investment Bank
- Public Sector Workers Fund
Note that, according to the same source, beside companies of the constituent committee, the State does not exclude the participation of other insurance companies or financial institutions in the reinsurer's capitalization. A feasibility study is also underway for the creation of the company.
