Converium, Terry G Clarke and Andreas Zdrenyk, new CEO and financial manager

The Swiss reinsurer announced the departure of Dirk Lohmann, chief executive officer. He has been replaced in this post by Terry G Clarke, who has been managing director since 2004. Converium also announced the departure of its financial manager Martin Kaur on February 28, 2005. He will be replaced by Andreas Zdrenyk.
