Decline in the Gabonese insurance market

According to the general directorate of economy and tax policy, the Gabonese insurance market generated, in the first nine months of 2017, a turnover of 55.86 billion FCFA (93.45 million USD), down by 21.1% compared to the same period of 2016.

The groups Ogar, NSIA, Saham and Axa Gabon account, alone, for 85.5% of the overall premiums.
