Deregulation of motor tariffs as of 2013

According to the regulatory authorities, Jordanian insurers will no longer be under the obligation of motor legal tariffs in 2013. Tariff deregulation will be accompanied by new regulations designed to protect the insured. The insurance commission will be in charge of supervising policy marketing ensuring that the tariffs in practice be reasonably priced.
