Generali closed the 2025 financial year with turnover of 98.124 billion EUR (115.5 billion USD), representing a year-on-year increase of 3.6%.
Life insurance premiums reached 61.943 billion EUR (72.9 billion USD), while the non-life (P&C) segment generated 36.181 billion EUR (42.6 billion USD) in premiums.
The P&C combined ratio improved by 1.4 points, reaching 92.6%.
The Italian group’s net result increased by 12% to 4.172 billion EUR (4.9 billion USD).
The company’s equity stood at 32.064 billion EUR (37.7 billion USD), up 5.5% compared with the end of 2024.
A dividend of 1.64 EUR (1.9 USD) per share will be proposed at the next Annual General Meeting.
