Health funds management, insurers lectured by authorities

Very upset, the ministry of finance has reminded insurers that manage self-protection schemes and / or systems of mutual health that article 532 of the insurance code does not allow them to cede the management of health funds to brokers.
The latter are not authorized to perform this task and will sustain heavy penalties. This practice is, nonetheless common in Cameroon.
