Jubilee Holdings will invest 830 million KES (10.6 million USD) in the establishment of three African subsidiaries. These funds originate from undistributed profits which amount to 6 billion KES (76.8 million USD) in 2011. Jubilee plans to operate in twelve African markets within three years.
