Leapfrog plans to acquire a stake of Resolution Insurance

Leapfrog Investments has announced its intention to take a majority-stake in the capital of Resolution Insurance. The operation shall cost 19 million USD to the American investment firm.

Resolution Insurance obtained its agreement to operate on the Kenyan health insurance market in 2013.

Already present in Kenya, Leapfrog has recently sold its Apollo Investments shares (26.9%) to Swiss Re.
