Medgulf under the threat of business suspension

Saudi supervisory authority (SAMA) has asked Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance (Medgulf) to comply with solvency requirements as per regulations before December 31, 2017. The deadline for the submission of the financial report of the 2017 fourth quarter has been set at January 18, 2018.

Legal sanctions, up to suspension of operation, shall be enforced in the event of any failure.
