Merger between Al Ahlia and Gulf Union

The Saudi Monetary Agency (SAMA) has approved the proposed merger between Gulf Union Cooperative Insurance and Al Ahlia Cooperative Insurance.

The transaction remains subject to other regulatory approvals.
