Merger between Siaci Saint Honoré and Diot: a future brokerage giant

The French insurance broker Siaci Saint Honoré and its competitor Diot are in talks about a possible merger. The aim is to create a big brokerage group in France capable of competing in Europe with the American and British giants Aon and Willis Tower Watson.

If the merger were to be finalized, the new entity would be valued at 2.4 billion EUR (2.9 billion USD), 35% of which would be owned by Diot.
