Partnership between CARTE Assurances and DigiConstat

CARTE Assurances signed a partnership with DigiConstat, a Tunisian startup specializing in the digitalization of motor claims and combating fraud.

This agreement concerns the acquisition of the "DigiFraud" application, the latest achievement of the startup, which detects the attempts to motor insurance fraud via artificial intelligence.

Through this operation, the Tunisian insurer aims to shorten the file-processing time and improve the quality of services provided to the insured. For the record, in March 2020, DigiConstat obtained the StartupAct label in the Insurance Tech category.
