The properties of the State will henceforth be insured by local companies

Government real estate and car fleet will be insured by Cameroonian insurance companies from now on, announced Budget and Finance Minister at the General Assembly of the Insurance Companies Association (ASAC) last December. A commission is to be set up in collaboration with ASAC member insurance companies to examine the project's practical terms.
