Prudential is getting established on the market

Prudential, UK's leading insurer in terms of capitalization, is henceforth present in Kenya, where it has acquired the life insurance company Shield Assurance.
Over the next twelve months, Prudential will invest 1.5 billion KES (17.6 million USD) for the operation where it intends to generate many jobs.
This is the second acquisition of the English group in Africa after the acquisition of Express Life Insurance in Ghana in December 2013.
