Publication of the English version of the insurance Code

The Omani Capital Market Authority (CMA) have just published the English version of the new law regulating the activities of insurance companies and financial institutions.

The original text published in Arabic at the end of June 2017, includes a list of companies operating on the financial market, a guide to regulations and a set of legal advice.
