Rejection of the financial report of United Insurance

Contesting the results of United Insurance Company (UNIC) for 2005, the National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE), the market's regulatory body, has rejected the financial statement presented by UNIC on its recent General Assembly.
UNIC is one of the seven private companies being set up following the 1994 liberalization of the sector.
