Sanlam acquires 40% of Enterprise Insurance Company

Sanlam Emerging Markets (South Africa) has bought 40% of the stakes of Enterprise Insurance Company (EIC), subsidiary of Enterprise Group Ltd.

The operation, of an amount of 21.12 million USD, is awaiting the approval of market authorities.

As a reminder, Sanlam is already a 49% shareholder of Enterprise Life Assurance Company (ELAC), the life subsidiary of the group Enterprise.
