The situation of motor insurance has reached a critical point

According to a judge from the Supreme Court, the situation of motor insurance has reached a critical point, especially in the public transport sector. This situation is behind the bankruptcy of several companies among which United Insurance, Stallion, Kenya National Insurance and Lake Star. Several other companies are doomed to witness a similar fate if drastic measures are not taken. The reasons mentioned are: the high level of losses and indemnifications, insurance fraud and corporate mismanagement.
